Delivery times stated by us are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay in delivery of goods. We will send your orders via Australian Post with tracking number and write your email and phone number upon booking your package, so you can get the tracking information.
Local customer orders: Send via Australian Post with tracking number
Overseas orders: We send it with Tracking number via Australian post or Sendle and provide a tracking number. We are not liable for custom fees or any other fees once orders reach the designated country.
Please note: We stock all the fabrics and make the orders, sew them, once order is placed by the customers.
Pricing
We priced items fairly according with fabric cost, labor cost, and other raw materials.
Ordering
Select the cushion cover you want and the size and place in your order. If you want a coordinating cushion covers or want something custom made. Feel free to contact us on rukydesigns@gmail.com
All orders are accepted, dispatched and invoiced on the understanding that when received, the item will be carefully inspected prior to dispatch. Whilst every effort is made to control and inspect each order to ensure you receive the cushion covers in the best possible condition, errors and damage can occur in transit.
Exquisite fabrics has the right to charge a restocking fee for changes to the invoice. Restocking fee 30% of total invoice. Contact rukydesigns@gmail.com
Payment
Payment is made through the secure payment system, where credit cards and direct debit options are accepted. As soon as your payment is received the order will be processed and shipped in the quickest time frame.
